Turnkey robot cells

Six-axis arms, grippers, vision and safety fencing arrive as one commissioned unit. Drop it on the floor, connect power and air, run the first part the same day.

02 — Control Operator at an industrial machine control panel

One control layer

Every cell reports to a single controller — throughput, faults, wear — so a line of forty machines is read and re-tasked from one screen instead of forty.

03 — Throughput Automated welding station throwing sparks

Continuous throughput

Cells hand off to each other without a human in the loop. The line runs the third shift in the dark, and the morning crew arrives to finished pallets.
